A first-of-its-kind luxury highrise in Dallas, Museum Tower was long on style and short on digital strategy. Knowing an up to date online presence was important, the question was to what degree does a high net worth respond to interactive marketing? Our answer, of course, was a high degree. While medium does indeed impact results, message is equally important. And high net worth individuals most certainly use iPads and the Internet.
We redesigned the Flash-based website and built a new site using HTML5. This critical first step made it possible for the iOS-heavy target market to view the website. We also addressed gallery functionality and menu placement to make the site easily navigable via touchscreen.
Next, we worked on a digital strategy that complemented Museum Tower’s personal sales and marketing approach. We then created a communication calendar to deliver a mix of invitations, newsletters, and announcements, segmented by audience. Finally, we developed a series of email formats to suit each messaging need, yet maintaining a consistent brand look & feel.
Our most recent project with Museum Tower is an iPad app the sales team can use while touring prospects. It includes a simple, beautiful interface and quick access to floorplan details and photos of furnished units.
